Cub Scout Pack 438 is Chartered by Rennell PTO and includes children from Rennell, Woodard, and the surrounding areas.
Cub Scout Pack 438 is Chartered by the Rennell Elementary PTO. Cub Scouts are students at either Rennell Elementary or Woodard Elementary or live in the surrounding Cypress community. We are part of the Big Cypress District, Sam Houston Area Council Boy Scouts of America organization. Our first Pack Meeting of the season was a success, and the Scouts had a blast rotating through some fun activity stations:
⛄ Making marshmallow snowmen
🦈 Avoiding the sharks
🦟 Mosquito swatting relay
☀️ Testing their skills with a summertime survival quiz

Rain or shine, our Cub Scouts had an unforgettable adventure at Camp Bovay! 🌧️🏕️
Despite a little rain, the Scouts made the most of every moment—showing great spirit and enthusiasm all weekend long. They tested their aim with archery and BB guns, struck it rich while mining for gold, built creative brick cars, and even learned some essential knot-tying skills!
Of course, no campout is complete without gathering around for delicious s’mores and sharing plenty of laughs. 🍫🔥
We’re so proud of our Scouts for their positive attitudes and adventurous spirit. Camp Bovay was a huge success, and we can’t wait for the next outdoor adventure!
