Today we learned about Mr Banneker's clock. We talked about clock parts. Hands, numbers, face. We talked about our favorite time of the day. We also explored a pocket watch.

Our activies for Black History Month. This week we are learning about 3 black inventors. Today we tried 4 different flavors of chips. The favorite was BBQ chips. 🙂

Today we read The Very Quiet Cricket by Eric Carle.

Our theme this month is bugs. So far we have learned about bees, grasshoppers, lady bugs, ants, and dragonflies. This week we are learning about caterpillars and butterflies. Most of the books we are reading are Eric Carle books. 🙂
