Our Sacred Journeys I am an experienced coach specializing in working with individuals who are ready to experience empowerment and make positive life changes.

I focus on spirituality, grief, and how these two experiences can support us to live the life of our dreams. Welcome to Our Sacred Journeys! We may not have control over what happens to us but we do have a choice as to how

we respond to those events and situations. Within us is the strength and courage to move forward and choose a new future, a new life. Each of us is on a sacred journey called life. We are blessed to experience love, joy, and happiness. At times moments of sadness, grief, and confusion enter our life through loss – the death of a loved one, ending of a relationship, a move, or some other experience that brings up these feelings. As a spiritual and grief coach I would like to journey with you when you are ready to delve into the world of self-transformation and re-discovery of who you are now.
