✨ Tracing Our Names! ✏️🔤

Our Suite 450 kiddos at Barker are learning all about the letters that make up their names! From recognizing each letter and learning the sounds they make to practicing how to write and form their names, our little learners are building important early literacy skills. 📚💛

These hands-on activities help prepare our friends for Pre-K while building confidence, letter recognition, phonics skills, and fine motor development along the way! 🌟

📚🌈 A little reading magic in Suite 250! Ms. Taylor enjoyed reading The Rainbow Fish with our little learners. 🐠💙

Literacy and reading picture books are a fundamental part of learning at KRK! 📖✨ Through stories, children build vocabulary, strengthen listening skills, spark their imaginations, and develop a lifelong love for reading. We love making every storytime a fun opportunity to learn and grow! 💕🌈

Today, we celebrate World Humanitarian Day 🌎 and the everyday acts of kindness that shape our world. It starts small, a shared toy, a helping hand, a kind word, but those little lessons in empathy grow into the compassionate leaders of tomorrow. We're proud to help nurture that kindness in every child who walks through our doors.

Our amazing teachers do SO much each and every day, and we wanted to show them just how much we appreciate them! 💕 We put together a little Teacher Survival Kit filled with goodies and essentials to help them tackle another amazing school year. 🍎📚☕️

Warning: Today is National Tell a Joke Day, and our classrooms are about to get very silly! What is a cat’s favorite color? Purr-ple. Nothing beats a giggle fit to brighten the day! Drop your kid's favorite joke in the comments; we could all use a laugh. 😀

It's National Relaxation Day, a good reminder that rest matters for little ones too. Quiet time, deep breaths, and a slower pace help kids reset just as much as adults. Take today as your sign to build a little calm into the routine; everyone will be better for it. ☁️🌿
