Training looked a little different Friday! 💪📚

Instead of kicking and punching, our instructors spent the morning serving our community by helping teachers move furniture and get classrooms ready for next year at Lamkin, Farney, and Sampson Elementary.

We were proud to bring the muscle and lend a helping hand to some of the amazing educators who pour so much into our students all year long. We are incredibly thankful for our instructors and their willingness to serve whenever there's a need. ❤️

After a hard morning of work, we headed back to All-Star for some fun, laughs, and a well-earned Chick-fil-A lunch! 🐔😋

Martial arts is about more than what happens on the mat—it's about leadership, service, and making a positive impact in our community. Friday was a great example of that!

☀️ School's Out for Summer! ☀️

One of our favorite end-of-the-school-year traditions is celebrating with popsicles on the last day! 🍧😎

Our students have worked hard all year long—both in the classroom and on the mat—and we loved getting to help them kick off summer break with a cool treat and lots of smiles.

We had the opportunity to help with not one, but TWO school talent shows last week! 🌟

Alexander, Brody, and Elijah took the stage and did an incredible job showing off their talents at their school. Then Wren wowed the crowd with an awesome performance of her own at her school!

We love seeing our students shine both inside and outside the martial arts school. It’s so much fun watching them build confidence, work hard, and share their unique gifts with others. We’re proud of all of them for stepping up and performing in front of their schools!
