Dr. Parr graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Music Education and Bachelor of Arts in French. She earned a Master of Music in Vocal Performance at The University of Kentucky. The Ohio State University awarded Dr. Parr a Doctorate of Musical Arts Degree in Vocal Pedagogy and Performance. Experience
