Work is one of the ways God invites us to serve.

Today, we give thanks for the people who faithfully use their gifts, talents, strength, and time to serve others and honor God through their work.

At Chapel Hill Christian School, we’re grateful for every teacher, staff member, parent, volunteer, and member of our community who understands that what we do each day can be part of something greater than ourselves.

Whether we’re teaching a child, building something with our hands, leading a family, caring for others, or simply doing the work in front of us… we have the opportunity to reflect Christ through the way we work and serve.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” - Colossians 3:23

This Labor Day, may we remember that our work has purpose—not simply because of what it accomplishes, but because who we serve gives it meaning.

Thank You, Lord, for the gift of meaningful work and for the people who faithfully serve through it.

A Great Start to a Very Special Year!

What a wonderful way to kick off the 2026–27 school year—and a very special 60th Anniversary year at CHCS!

Our School Supply Drop-Off & Meet Your Teacher event was filled with smiling faces, excited students, reconnecting friends, new CHCS Spiritwear, FREE ice pops 🍧, and lots of anticipation for the year ahead!

Students dropped off their school supplies, visited their classrooms, met their teachers, and enjoyed some time together before the first day of school. It was such a joy to see our campus filled with life again!

As we begin this milestone 60th year, we’re reminded of just how faithful God has been to Chapel Hill Christian School. For 60 years, God has faithfully provided, guided, and blessed CHCS through generations of students, families, teachers, and staff. And we’re excited for all He has in store for this next chapter!
