Congratulations to our September Students of the Month - 6th grade; Ella Schoenborn, 7th; Brennan Weiner, 8th; Trace Stumbrie, 9th; Braddox Pertner, 10th; Meredith Fisher, 11th; Morgan Stocks, & 12th; Milo Shoup.

Middle School volleyball - Our MCE girls faced a talented Marion team last night, falling in the first two games but continuing to compete throughout the match. Special shout-out to Harper Miller, who returned from injury for her first game of the season and made a big impact with her scoring and positive attitude.

Elena Hopkins Joins Albion College Academic Program of Distinction

Elena Hopkins was recently accepted into Albion College's Gerald R. Ford Institute for Leadership in Public Policy and Service.

Albion College offers all students a number of distinctive academic programs that feature enhanced instruction, experiential learning opportunities, and focused career preparation in pre-medical studies, public policy, business, environmental studies, social change, professional education, and the liberal arts.

Hopkins is a first-year student at Albion College. Hopkins is a resident of Fountain and a graduate of Mason County Eastern High School.

After a tough stretch, our middle school volleyball team turned things around in a big way this week with wins over Covenant and Baldwin.
Ava Damkoeler was a force at the service line especially last night against Baldwin, Alexis Perone and Sophia Obrinski delivered key points on both nights, while Alyssa Spinner came off the bench with her first point of the season against Baldwin.
First-year player Piper Johnson has also made an impact with her positivity, support from the bench, and tremendous work ethic. Our players from partner school Covenant Christian have contributed in big ways as well, making this a true team effort.
