Informal Gathering
Where: Kleeman House Patio
When: Friday, July 15th
Time: 7:30PM
Hosts: Reed Ashmore & Dave Paulson

Gold Discovery Days Parade
When: Saturday, July 16th
Where to meet: Pageant Hill - Enter from 9th Street (park elsewhere)
Time: 9:00am
Volunteers Needed: Decor, Banners for flat-bed trailer
What to bring: Candy to throw, Water to drink, Folding chair

Update on plans….due to the significant chance of rain…Julie McFarland Pfeifer has made arrangement at the Chief. So….you are welcome to come early and eat and/or just show up at 7:00PM for our gathering. We will be in the back room…just ask when you arrive.

I’ve had the pleasure of hearing from a number of you and have the following update relative to our plans:

Gathering
• Come as you are….
o When: Friday July 27th
o Time: 7PM
o Where: Kainz Court(Chris Kainz’s Yard) -25029 Kainz Ct. - Custer
o Details: Bring something to sit on and your favorite libations – maybe an umbrella(we’ll have a place to get out of the rain)
• Parade – Class Float
o When: Saturday July 28th
o Time: Line up starts at 8:30AM – Parade starts at 10:00AM
o Where: Beginning of the parade route – Enter on 5th street onto Harney
o Details: Need Candy and Decorations
Thank you to Larry Bublitz for providing the meeting location and truck and trailer for the parade

Action needed by you:
• Show up!
• Pass this on to others not listed in this email/ Invite other classes, administration and teachers to participate in our gathering
• Bring a bag of candy for the parade and decorations for the float

A number of us have been trading emails with messages like “hey, have you heard anything about our reunion?”. Since we haven’t, we would like to suggest the same gathering we enjoyed 5 years ago:

Where: Park or Someone’s Yard – TBD – Ideas?
Details: BYOE: Bring Your Own Everything
• Parade – Class Float
When: Saturday July 28th
Time: TBD
Where: Beginning of the parade route
Details: Need Candy and Decorations, Larry Bublitz will provide Truck and Trailer

Okay Class of 1982...time is closing in on us.....it's been 30 years and we should be marking this milestone in our lives. So here's the deal.....I think we keep it simple and gather much the same way we did 5 years ago.

As such may I suggest the following:

Friday, July 27th
- Meet and greet - Evening at the park?
Needs: secure a location, time and - BYOB?

Saturday, July 28th
- Parade
Needs: Truck and Trailor, Meet in the morning to build a rockin' float, Decorations, Candy

Who's in and what can you provide in terms of the needs above. Other suggestions welcome.
