Our team, along with our friends at Kalispel Metal Products, completed the installation of this custom piece on Spokane's north side today. Our incredibly talented team has been hard at work on this for a while now and we could not be more proud of how it turned out. We are incredibly proud to have this eagle staff installed over at Qlispé Raceway Park! This exceptional piece was hand crafted by Louis Boyd, one of our amazingly talented artists. The detail and craftsmanship in this piece is even more beautiful in person. We cannot wait to see this at the track this season!

We are so proud of all of the hard work our team put into the Kalispel Tribe of Indians/Northern Quest Resort & Casino's float in the Spokane Lilac Festival's Armed Forces Torchlight Parade.

Our skilled team created the metal pieces that were incorporated into the float, including the custom "Q" logo, the silhouettes in the canoe, the stems for the flowers, and the safety platforms for the riders. The beautiful entry ended up winning 1st place in the Queen's Award (population of 500-2,000) category at the parade!

November is Native American Heritage Month and we want to showcase our Tribal Members here at KCTC.

Meet Byron! Byron is interning here at KCTC this week and normally works in the Tribe's Roads department. He is a Kalispel Tribal Member and has worked for the Tribe for over 4 years. He loves his job and says the best thing about working here is the people he gets to work with.

Outside of work, Byron enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. A trip to Alaska is at the top of his bucket list and his dream job would be to be a fishing or hunting guide in Alaska!
