Our building was built in 1939. Our Library has 3 levels and 2 elevators. The handicapped entrance is on the west side. Our Mission Statement:

We have a new puzzle available for our patrons to enjoy working on. This puzzle was generously given to the library by our amazing friends at the Cushing Senior Citizens Center! Following their suggestion, once it’s completed we will glue it, frame it, and hang it up in the library. ❤️🙂

We are excited to announce that we now have a Puzzle Nook! Our puzzle exchange has grown! One of our young library friends came up with the name The Puzzle Nook and one of our adult library friends made the Puzzle Man to help our patrons find The Puzzle Nook! 🙂❤️

The library now has two jigsaw puzzle tables so our patrons can enjoy some puzzle time while they are at the library! 🙂

The Friends of the Cushing Public Library are doing a “Light Up The Library” Fundraiser to collect items needed to update the library’s Holiday Decorations. Items needed can be purchased and donated or monetary donations can be donated to the Friends Group to purchase needed items. STORYTIME 2026-2027 BEGINS SEPTEMBER 9 @ 10:30AM.
Our Storytimes are filled with stories, songs, laughter, learning and fun in a welcoming, safe environment. Geared for ages 3-5. By signing up we can have important information about allergies and helps us to prepare for numbers interested. It is not mandatory to sign up to come to Storytime. We also send reminders on the REMIND App. Download REMIND and join the class
