All Foothill and De Anza College community members are invited to attend the coming Student Voices campus discussion concerning transitioning to face-to-face classes hosted by the SSH Equity Core Team of faculty.

For folks new to Student Voices Summits, it is a town hall style raw discussion on issues concerning students, faculty, and staff. The Equity Core Team simply invite students to attend and speak their truths about the issues that are rising for them currently. In the past we have had campus discussions concerning issues focused on student experiences concerning: campus policing; quality of instruction and counseling; mental health; housing, health and food resources; and LGBTQI+ and racial equity campus concerns among other issues.

As Social Science and Humanities faculty we have learned so much about our students' lives from these lively courageous conversations and hope you can join us Friday March 18th, 2022 from 1pm-2:30pm at the Zoom address below.

The SSH Division Equity Core Team faculty, Steve Nava, and Ameeta Tiwana, Lori Clinchard, Laura Chin, Mylinh Pham and Jim Nguyen and our SSH Dean Elvin T. Ramos
