Legend College Preparatory, a Bay-Area-based private high school, equips students with an academic specialty in STEM. We offer only UC approved coursework preparing students for college. All classes are virtual in either synchronous or asynchronous format. Small class size accords students with plenty of teacher attention.

Legend College Preparatory is a private school, accredited by WASC, serving students G6-12. It offers UC approved, a-g credited courses with different tracks, focusing on STEM, medical, business, and social science. Offerings are available both during the school year and summer. Classes are conducted either in a small group or in a private setting. Many of them are looking to take advanced courses with a multi-year plan to build a strong profile for college admission. Growing up in a different school system, some students join full-time with courses bridging them back to the public schools. And some graduate from LCP because this is where they thrive. Many students in the Silicon Valley strive for careers in STEM areas. Legend College Preparatory puts a proportionate emphasis on these subjects in individualized tracks with the right mix of coursework that prepares a student for his or her individual goals. In this way, we are able to serve a diverse set of needs with college and career readiness in mind. Legend College Preparatory also balances its STEM focus with coursework in social sciences and humanities. We believe that all constructive pursuits in a student’s future will involve working for the benefit of other people. In the backdrop of our local communities, serving that end will require a blend of deep personal knowledge of culture, history, and society, as well as technical knowledge.
