Uniting the MCNC & CDI departments to kick competition butt!!! Ever have an idea for an invention or improvement on a current product?
The De Anza DAM Club was founded with the purpose of bringing students from different departments together to develop/improve professional skills, network, and most importantly COMPETE!!! While not everyone involved in the club needs to physically go to the competitions, half the fun is seeing your ideas become reality and compete against other schools state- and nation-wide. Come to our "bitch-sessions" where we share our gripes or ideas for new products.

Hey DAM'ers, the meeting tomorrow will be really informal. We are going to pass out the parts to be reverse engineered. Manufacturers and those who have done inspection please partner up with a designer so we can get the parts done quickly. Thank you everyone!
Hey DAM'ers, the meeting will be held over in E-21 again this week. As brought up by Paul, we can get the cad software over in the lab, and it is easier to continue going to one location. So that being said, I'll see you all Thursday, same DAM room, same DAM time 1:00-2:00pm

WESTEC/AERODEF Competition – The Design & Manufacturing Club, in collaboration with the Engineering Technology Club, is preparing projects for collegiate manufacturing design challenges.
Guest Speakers – We will have special guests from the Industry coming in to give lectures on what employers are seeking the most in the industry, give information on the newest technology, and give other fun educational information.
Learn New Skills – Thanks to the joint efforts of the MCNC & CDI departments, members are offered additional lab time, and are able to team up with other knowledgeable, skilled students who can help you learn new skills, and improve your current knowledge!
New Committees Coming – With the ever growing list of competitions out there, and special niche events, we are always accepting new project ideas, and forming new committees OF individuals who are dedicated to the progress of various projects. (Coming Soon – De Anza Flugtäg Team)
