🎉 Hey amazing parents – let’s throw our seniors an awesome send-off they’ll never forget! 😉
We’re teaming up with the graduation coaches to host a fantastic Senior BBQ Lunch on Wednesday, April 29th, and we need YOUR help to make it epic! 🥰
Picture this: delicious food, happy seniors, and a chance to celebrate our amazing graduates together as a community. It’s going to be such a fun morning!
We’re looking for cheerful parent volunteers to help with setup and serving. Here’s the plan:
Food arrives at 10:00 AM in the bus lanes
We’ll set up serving stations under the covered area (nice and shady!)
The menu is super tasty:
🔥 Pulled Chicken Sandwiches
🔥 Pulled Pork Sandwiches
🌱 Vegan Burgers
Plus crispy chips and cold bottled water for everyone! 💧
We’ll keep it simple and smooth with separate stations for each sandwich option so the lines move fast and the students can grab their lunch quickly.
All we need from you is a big smile, some helping hands, and a little bit of your time. Whether you’re setting up tables, handing out meals, or just keeping the good vibes flowing — every bit helps! 😍😗
