Exciting News 🌸
I'm thrilled to announce that I am expecting a baby girl in late July! 💖 As a result, I will not be taking on any new clients for 2026, but I will be returning in January 2027.
In the meantime, I'm still available for prenatal planning sessions and private childbirth education classes. Thank you for your understanding and support during this special time!

Welcome Baby Ellis, Baby Chandler, and Baby Panasyuk! These three first time moms exuded tremendous strength and grit, as none of their births went to plan. I’m so honored to walk along side these women on some of their hardest and most beautiful days.
Hey mamas! If you rely on pumping to feed your baby PLEASE go purchase a hand pump before this winter storm hits. It’s always best to prepare for power outages just in case!
The medela pump sold at Target and Walmart is great!

Supporting this VBAC mama was truly a pleasure. She fought long and hard and succeeded! What a blessing!

As 2025 comes to a close, my heart is so full. This year brought growth, lessons, and so many sacred moments that I’ll carry with me forever. To every family who trusted me to walk alongside you during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—thank you. Choosing a doula is deeply personal, and I’m endlessly grateful you chose me to support you during some of the most vulnerable and beautiful moments of your lives.
This year wasn’t easy on a personal level, but I’m thankful for God’s strength that carried me through when things felt heavy. Even in the hard seasons, He reminded me of my purpose and kept me grounded in service, love, and faith.
Thank you, 2025, for the births, the connections, the growth, and the grace. I’m stepping into the next year with gratitude, humility, and so much hope 🤍✨

I’ve had the great opportunity to attend many births the last few months. During this time I’ve been focusing on my faith, my family, my physical and mental health, and my beloved clients. I truly appreciate everyone who has been so patient with me while walking through recurrent pregnancy loss. Being a birth worker while losing your own babies is not an easy road to walk, but I’ve learned to hold both joy and grief in the same hand. This work really is the biggest blessing. I appreciate every kind text, card, prayer, and gift my friends and clients have so graciously sent. Your kindness and care means so much.
