Sometimes our children come back to us carrying things we’ll never fully see.

A moment that made them feel brave.
A word that hurt more than they’ll say.
Something that made them laugh.
A time they felt left out.
A little victory they’re proud of.

We won’t be there for every moment of their day, and we won’t always know everything their hearts are holding.

But we can be the place they return to.

The hug.
The listening ear.
The familiar voice.
The reminder that whatever happened out there, they are deeply loved here.

May our children always know there is comfort waiting for them when they come back to us. 🤍✨
