Training was absolutely FIRE tonight, and we were blessed to have a very special guest on the mats.
Professor Josh Larson, aka Gi Josh, is in the building! 🥋

He’s here for this Saturday’s Belt Graduation Ceremony, and not only will we be celebrating our amazing students leveling up, but Professor Josh will also be receiving his 1st Degree on his Black Belt! 🖤⭐ That is a HUGE milestone and he has more than earned it. We are so honored to share that moment with him.

This Saturday is going to be a special one. 🙌

Had the incredible privilege of training under Grand Master Murgel today at his school for a kimura seminar, and I’m still processing how special that experience was 🙏


There are moments in this journey that reminds us why we fell in love with JiuJitsu. Today was one of them!
To be in the room, on the mat, learning the details of the kimura directly from a living legend of our art ,that’s not something we take for granted.


Grand Master Murgel’s depth of knowledge, his precision, and the way he sees the game is a masterclass in itself. Every grip, every angle, every transition there’s a lifetime of wisdom in those details🥋


To my students and training partners, I’m bringing everything I absorbed today back to the mats. The knowledge lives on when we pass it forward🥋
