- There are some people who don't just work at a school—they build its heart. We are deeply proud to celebrate Amber Gravitt as our 2026–2027 Teacher of the Year.
For 12 years, Amber has poured her dedication into our classrooms. As a Special Education teacher, her empathy creates a safe harbor for every student, her creative approach opens up new ways of learning, and her fierce belief in her students gives them the confidence to shine. She sees the unique strengths in every child and works tirelessly to help them reach their goals.
Her impact stretches far beyond her classroom walls. In countless ways behind the scenes, Amber shows up for our community, our staff, and our families every single day.
