A good warm-up is essential for your hard workouts and especially also on race day to have maximum performance .
With sensors measuring SM02 you can measure your skeletal muscle oxygen to get a feel how warm-up protocols work for you.
you should not have a break between warm-up and race or actual workout longer than 15 minutes .

Next Season starts now! πββοΈ π² πββοΈ
Just in time for the World Championship in Kona, the first tests at EnduThletics are underway to prepare for the #2025 season.
After the long-distance training from 2024, todayβs test will show how the VO2Max has changed so we can tailor the plans for the next season accordingly.

Every athlete who starts training for an Ironman has their own story. In the end every one overcomes a struggle, may it be physical or mental.
It's been a long journey in the last 3 years from trying to figure out what's wrong, countless doctors appointments, being able to barely ride 30 minutes really easy, up to gradually increasing power and distance and getting stronger than ever. We grow the most in difficult times and it's always a chance. Instead of letting this take you down, you did everything to fight this and even if the fight is still on, you got your strength back.
This finish is the fight against Vasculitis!

βI am going to Nice!β We have our first Nice Qualifier! Congratulations Scott Merritt!
This is just his 3rd Ironman, and he could clock another huge personal best on the Bike and especially in the Run. He is a very solid runner and now that we dialed in his nutrition with Never2 he could finally show his form. He continued to move up in his age group in the Marathon and placed 4th! And that came with a sweet surprise at the Awards Ceremony. Besides the trophy, he secured a slot for the 2025 Ironman World Championships in Nice! Woohoo!!! ππ» What an accomplishment! We knew you would qualify one day. Bravo!

βHe did it!β - Chuck Wills you are an Ironman!
The determination to keep going when every step hurts!
One year ago, he stood at the start line of IM Chattanooga and completed the swim part of a relay with his brothers. Seeing athletes cross the finish line ignited the fire to do the whole thing.
He started training for Ironman Chattanooga beginning of the year, and even if the preparation did not always go as planned he overcame all the obstacles and did what he told me just a few days ago: βI am going to finish this!β. And he did. Congratulations Chuck!
What an accomplishment!!!
