As a kid, I did NOT enjoy Karate. It was suuuuper boring. 😅 Video games and skateboarding were much more fun! 🛹

But I didn’t quit... Year after year, I kept practicing. Today I’m SO THANKFUL for this. 💪

Because Karate taught me the value of self-discipline, grit and patience. 👍 These lessons are INVALUABLE.

You see, life is not always fun. (Sometimes it sucks!) 😩 But that’s NOT an excuse to quit!! 👊
