It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of an AFFS instructor and Trout Unlimited Lifetime Achievement Award winner Mr. Bob Foster.

A man who would always met you with a smile and cheerful attitude. When you hear the phrase “ a prince of a man” that was Bob Foster. One of the classiest and most professional gentleman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Bob was a premier instructor, entomology expert and a superior fly tier. He was a best friend to almost every person he ever met and loved to share his knowledge with everyone. He will be forever missed and remembered dearly.

Memorial Day is here, and we hope everyone has a safe and meaningful weekend with family and friends.
As we enjoy the long weekend, we also pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything in service to our country.
