🎤🎹 WELCOME TO FAME, SHAY! 🎹🎤

We’re excited to introduce the newest member of the FAME team — Shay Beaty!

Shay is a passionate vocalist, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist who believes music is one of the most powerful ways we connect with one another. And we’re thrilled to have her bringing that passion into the studio as our newest Voice & Piano Instructor!

Shay recently graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor of Music in Songwriting and a minor in Recording & Production for Musicians — all while attending Berklee on a full Presidential Scholarship. 🤘

Her musical world extends well beyond performing. Shay specializes in songwriting for film & television and has worked with and been mentored by accomplished songwriters, composers, and music supervisors in the sync world. She even founded Berklee’s Songwriting for Sync Club and continues to build her own music catalog.

But what we love most about Shay is her belief that music is about telling stories, finding your voice, and connecting with other people.

That’s exactly the kind of musician and educator we want at FAME.

FAME will be closed today as we celebrate the Fourth of July.

Take the day to enjoy some great music, good company, and a little well-deserved summer fun. Whether you’re rocking out at a backyard barbecue, catching fireworks, or just enjoying the holiday, we hope it’s a safe and memorable one.

We’ll be back Monday and ready to make some noise with all of our amazing students!

What a way to end an unforgettable week. 🎸🎤🎶

The curtain may have closed on the 2026 Rock ‘n Roll Experience, but the memories, friendships, and growth will last far beyond this final bow.

Over the past week, these musicians challenged themselves, learned new skills, stepped outside their comfort zones, and came together as a true band community. What started as a group of individual players became a stage full of performers supporting one another and creating something special.

To our students: thank you for your hard work, dedication, and passion. To our instructors and families: thank you for helping make this experience possible.

Our students brought the house down Saturday night with an incredible performance of “Seven Bridges Road” as part of the grand finale of the 2026 Rock ‘n Roll Experience.

Tight musicianship. Powerful harmonies. A week of hard work paying off on stage.

This is what happens when talented young musicians commit to the process and push themselves to the next level.

🌟 FAME will be closed on Memorial Day 🌟
Freedom Academy of Music Education will be closed this Monday, May 25th, in honor of our fallen service members and the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
We will resume normal hours on Tuesday, May 26th.
Wishing everyone a meaningful Memorial Day. Let’s take time to remember, reflect, and be grateful. 🇺🇸🎶

From the very first student through the doors at FAME to the first ever FAME student to graduate from Berklee College of Music… what a moment. 🎓

Huge congratulations to Tommy Marcus on graduating May 9, 2026 with a Bachelor of Music in Professional Music, concentrations in Songwriting & Performance, and a Minor in Recording & Production for Musicians — all while earning and retaining a scholarship throughout his time at Berklee.

Watching Tommy walk that stage was more than a graduation. It was a full circle moment for our entire studio community. We could not be more proud of the musician, creator, and person he’s become.

This one means a lot. ❤️🎶
