The officers of East Gate Lodge No. 216 had a wonderful day with brethren from across Maryland at the 239th Semi-Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge of Maryland.

Congratulations to the brothers who were elected to serve the Grand Lodge in the upcoming year - Brad Andrukitis, Ken Taylor, Robert Knight, Jr., Mike Randow, Tom Foster, and T. Scott Cushing - and thanks to all the distinguished brothers who stood for office!

After lunch, MWGM Watson and the Grand Line conducted a beautiful ceremony to dedicate the newly planted Liberty Tree on the lawn near the Grand Lodge.

Matthew McKay also delivered his Arch Presentation to complete the requirements for the Maryland Masonic Academy Zerubbable Medal. A great night in Masonry. Congratulations brothers!
