The majority of families in Allegany County are now eligible to receive assistance in the form of scholarships to help pay for child care. This is definitely worth checking into. A family of 4 can make up to $90,000 and still be able to receive assistance. Only programs that are participating in MD Excels (a quality rating program) can accept the scholarships.
