Hello Classmates!
We hope that you are planning to attend our 40th reunion on June 27th & 28th! The cost for Saturday night is 30.00 per person and can be paid at the door!

Just a couple of details about the events.

Friday (6/27) will be an informal affair at the Downtown Cumberland Mall. Unfortunately, due to lack of funding there will be no Friday after five entertainment this week. From 8:00pm- 10:00pm D’Atri’s Pasta and Subs (152 Baltimore Street – the old GC Murphy’s building). Will be hosting a get together for our class with a limited menu and special pricing . There is no cost for Friday night – other than drinks and food that you purchase at the various establishments.
Limited Menu to include:
▪ Steak sub
▪ Cheesesteak sub
▪ Italian Hoagie
▪ Pepperoni Roll
▪ Chicken Wings
▪ French fries

** Beer, wine and liquor are also available at D’Atri’s (can’t carry off premises).**

Saturday (6/28) at 1:00pm will be a free tour of the New Allegany High School at 900 Seton Dr. The tour will be hosted by Mike Cross graduate of the class of 1986. Meet at the main entrance.

Saturday (6/28) will be at 1812 Brewery in the Loafing Barn (13006 Mason Road NE) from 6 pm – 10 pm. The band will be The Pros from Dover. Included in the price will be wrap trays from the Hummingbird Cafe, Chick-fil-A nuggets, veggie tray and fruit tray, cup cakes and various baked goodies, chips, candy and snack table along with various soft drinks/water. You may purchase alcoholic drinks from their bar, and there will be food trucks to purchase dinner if you choose to do so. No outside alcohol is permitted! The cost for Saturday night is $30.00 You can pay at the door.

There will be an informal Dutch treat brunch for those that would like to get together one last time before departing home. If this is something you would like to attend, please let Gina (Pratt) Gracie know on Friday or Saturday as she will be going to Mark’s early to secure seating as they do not take reservations.

Suzanne spoke with Tracks and Yaks and they offer a 15% discount for groups of 20 or more people, or reg price as given below if under 20 people:

Here's what's suggested for Sunday for those interested:

* 10 mi trip Helmstetter Hotshot-
includes drop off from Frostburg (goes under the Mt Savage bridge)-
TANDEM - 2 SEATER $50/person + tax
4-SEATER- price $39.75/person + tax

They also have the full 15 mi trip from Frostburg to Cumberland (price as bit more per person)
and a 7 mi trip from Woodcock Hollow (wherever that is) to Cumberland for a bit less per person

They expressed urgency, as weekend dates are filling up.

Great News!

We have extended the payment deadline to April 30th. The reunion committee has put a lot of effort into making this weekend memorable for everyone. For those of you that were wondering why $30? This cost is covering the rental of the Loafing Room at the 1812 Brewery, decorations and a few trays of food for those that don’t wish to purchase food from the food truck. I would like to extended a heart felt invitation out to all our classmates. It would be great to hang out with old friends again. High school was a big part of all of our lives and the friendships that we all made are unforgettable. Let’s rekindle those friendships! I hope to see you there! If there is anyone that has any questions or concerns about our reunion, please feel free to reach out to any of the classmates that are helping make this 40th reunion a success.
