🖤Not Fighting Alone. 💗

That about sums up tonight.

For months, one of our own Elite moms has been quietly fighting a battle that most people around her didn’t even know she was facing.

Nicole has battled breast cancer with a strength and dignity that is hard to put into words. She didn’t want attention. She didn’t want anyone feeling sorry for her. She just kept fighting.

And through it all, she kept showing up.

She showed up for her daughter. She showed up to practices. She showed up even on chemo days, when we can only imagine how difficult it must have been just to get through the day.

That is strength.
That is courage.
That is a mother’s love. 💗

Tonight was different, though.

Tonight was Nicole’s LAST chemo treatment. 🎀

And there was absolutely no way we were going to let that moment pass without celebrating her.

Because although Nicole may have carried so much of this battle quietly, we want her to know that she never has to carry it alone.

This is what family is about. It’s standing beside each other during the celebrations, but more importantly, standing beside each other during the battles.

Nicole, watching the way you have handled this journey has inspired all of us. Your strength, your courage, your determination, and the love you have for your family are something we will never forget.

Tonight we celebrate YOU. We celebrate how far you’ve come. We celebrate the end of chemo. And we celebrate every step forward from here. You fought like a warrior, but you never fought alone.

Your Elite family is behind you, beside you, and cheering you on every step of the way.

We love you, Nicole. 💗🎀

No one fights alone. Not in this family.
