Meeting a student's sensory needs is absolutely essential for learning to take place, and this can be helpful to ALL students. My training in educational neuroscience applications and experience observing an occupational therapist has helped me to create an at-home classroom where students have access to these tools and strategies. As a tutor, I make every effort to teach the whole child, and I understand the value of incorporating sensory feedback into each session.
