๐ Every connection makes a difference.
CCEF-funded programs reach thousands of CCUSD students each year, but not every family knows about them!
Thatโs where School Site Ambassadors come in.
For 2026โ27, we are looking for parents and caregivers who can help bridge the gap between CCEF and their school communities by sharing updates, highlighting opportunities, and helping families stay informed about programs that support students in arts, STEM, academic support, wellness, and more.
Ambassadors help ensure that CCEF support is visible, understood, and reaching every school community.
Interested? Learn more here: https://ccef4schools.org/about-us/our-supporters-2/ambassadors/ and email [email protected] to join your school's team!

As we wrap up the 2025-26 school year, we're reflecting on what this community made possible.
Together, families, donors, volunteers, ambassadors, local businesses, and community members helped CCEF raise more than $1 million this year to invest in educational opportunities for CCUSD students.
This year, YOU helped expand robotics programs, sustain districtwide music education, provide classroom technology, fund visual arts supplies, support academic tutoring and student clubs, and help preserve important programs during a challenging budget year.
Most importantly, YOUR SUPPORT helps ensure that students continue to have access to enriching experiences that inspire learning, creativity, connection, and growth.
YOU are the foundation of this work, and there's still time to make an impact before our donor year ends on June 30.
Make a gift, become a Monthly Sustainer, volunteer, or serve as a school site ambassador and help create opportunities for students in 2026-27.

๐ Congratulations, Culver City High School Class of 2026!
For many of you, this journey began in a CCUSD kindergarten classroom. Along the way, you discovered new interests, built lasting friendships, overcame challenges, and grew into the remarkable young adults you are today.
We're honored that CCEF has been part of that journey, helping provide opportunities that enrich learning from TK through graduation day, from arts and STEM experiences to classroom innovation, wellness programs, and college and career readiness.
As you walk across the stage, know that an entire community is celebrating with you.
Families: as your student's CCUSD chapter comes to a close, there's still time to consider honoring your graduate with a Senior Legacy Gift. It's a meaningful way to celebrate their journey while helping ensure future students have access to the same opportunities that helped shape the Class of 2026.

๐ Congratulations to El Marino Language School 4th grade teacher Zaida Martinez, CCUSDโs 2025โ26 Certificated Employee of the Year!
In honor of this recognition, Sony Pictures awarded a generous grant to Seรฑora Martinez, along with a matching donation to El Marino Language School PTA in her honor. CCEF was proud to help facilitate both gifts in celebration of her outstanding commitment to students and families.
As a teacher in El Marinoโs Spanish Immersion Program, Sra. Martinez creates a welcoming and engaging learning environment where students thrive academically while developing bilingual and biliterate skills. Her dedication, passion, and impact make a lasting difference in the lives of her students every day.
Congratulations, Sra. Martinez, and congratulations to all of CCUSDโs 2025โ26 Employees of the Year!

Every graduate has a unique story.
For many members of the Culver City High School Class of 2026, affinity graduation celebrations such as Kente, La Fuerza, AANHPI, and Lavender offered meaningful opportunities to celebrate not only academic achievement, but also culture, identity, resilience, and community.
These celebrations (funded in part from contributions to CCEF) create space for families, traditions, languages, and shared experiences that have shaped students' journeys to graduation.
As one of California's most diverse school districts, CCUSD recognizes that belonging matters. When students feel seen, valued, and connected, they are better positioned to thrive.
Thank you to the families, volunteers, educators, donors, and community members who help make opportunities like these possible.
