This is a show about Love. This is a show about Sex. This is a first time production.
This is a show about everything in between. Love & Sexetera’s message is to explore sexuality while dispelling the myths and taboos. It is not to make a mockery or exploit sexuality. As the audience, we follow a young couple on their quest to understand sex and find love. Two Stilt-Walking Emcees accompany each scene while discussing interesting sex facts, statistics and shocking stories from our
culture and other culture’s sexual practices… all the while, falling in love. The daydreams, memories and experiences of the young boy and girl are played out by other performers acrobatically... massive Aerial Swings, a floating bed, a 20' Chinese Pole-Shower, Aerial Ropes, Fire-Dancers and Red Light Contortion are to name a few of the acts. At the end of the hour and a half show, there will be a Q and A session with four "Sexperts" who have credentials ranging from doctorates as an OBGYN to a Hollywood Madam. Hopefully this session will answer any compelling sexual questions from the audience that Love & Sexetera might have aroused. PERFORMERS

BUSINESS PLAN
The cast consists of two Emcees, one Muse, eleven Acrobats, four “Sexpert” Panelists, one Stage Manager, three “ninja” Show Hands, one Lighting person, one Sound person and one rigger. Performers salaries will be based off revenue on each show (if full capacity, each show should yield a total of $3125 at 125 seats for $25), unless an executive producer can be added on before the time of May 5-8th and then LOVE & SEXETERA can offer salaries for the four days (six shows). The Proof of Concept show will be showcased at the Mission:Control collective art theatre in Culver City at 11920 Jefferson Blvd. and where rehearsals after training on solo acts since February, will take place on Wednesday nights at 8pm & Saturday mornings at 11am. Other training facilities and trainers will be provided. The performance space and lighting fees will be paid for by vendors of the “Sexy” nature. We are currently looking for ten vendors at $250 for the entire six shows. This fee also includes vending for the post party hours on the Friday and Saturday shows. Directed, produced and financed by Chantel Durelli. This is a production created by the love of Circus and collaborated by group consciousness… not financial bottom lines. The idea is that it will definitely go somewhere and this is just the Grass Roots beginnings. DATES
