Meet Robin, our juvenile Harris’s Hawk! Notice the light colored streaks on her chest and barring on her wings that give away her youth. These will darken as she matures. 🪶

Despite being young, she is already using her broad, rounded wings to show off the exceptional maneuverability of Harris’s Hawks!

This is Ivy the saker falcon and she is wearing her falconry hood—a custom-fitted leather cap that helps keep her calm and focused pre-flight. Once it comes off, she is ready to rocket! 🚀

Saker falcons are the second fastest birds in level flight, capable of maintaining horizontal flight speeds over 90mph and reaching up to 190mph in a dive or “stoop.” 🤯
