🌍💙 Happy Global Peer Support Celebration Day! 💙🌍

At SHARE!, our Peer-Run Centers in Culver City and Downtown LA are led by Peer Support Specialists — individuals with lived experience who understand recovery firsthand. Every day, they offer hope, understanding, and connection to people navigating mental health, addiction, and trauma-related challenges.

Through SHARE!’s Peer Specialist Training, participants learn to transform their personal recovery journeys into professional skills that empower others — helping to build a stronger, more compassionate mental health community across Los Angeles County. “One step of making that phone call and coming in to SHARE!, and being accepted and valued, changed my life.”

Bonnie’s story is a powerful reminder of what of what is possible. After experiencing homelessness, she found hope through SHARE!’s Recovery Retreat and a fresh start in our Collaborative Housing program.

Thanks to the generosity of our partners and donors, Bonnie was able to move into a safe, peer-supported home where residents encourage one another, build resilience, and grow together toward lasting change.
