Middle School Retreat!☀️✝

Today, our middle school students enjoyed a wonderful retreat at Cedar Ranch Retreat Center! The day was filled with fellowship, fun, and meaningful participation as students brought biblical stories to life through creativity and reenactments.

What a soul-filling day they had as they connected with one another and experienced God’s Word in a memorable and engaging way!

What a wonderful Wednesday at CCS!
A special thank you to Kingdom Culture Coffee and our wonderful guest speakers for chapel today. Pastor Dylan had our elementary students on their feet, and his message from the book of Mark had them fully engaged.

Our middle school students heard a powerful message from Fish of Cedar Ranch Retreat Center; his message from Philippians was about going to Jesus as our source of joy and knowing the difference between joy and happiness.

Mrs. Long's K4 students did their first science experiment "God Knows All". They had to guess where each object—the bolt, plastic lid, and foam—would go. They didn’t know what would happen until they put them in. But God never has to guess! He knows what has happened, what is happening now, and what will happen.

Sometimes we don’t understand why things happen or what will happen next, but we can trust God because He knows everything—even what we cannot see.

We had a wonderful Chapel on Wednesday with Pastor Matt Patti from The Rock Community Church. His message from Mark 4:35-41 reminded our students about the importance of having faith and trusting Jesus in the midst of life's storms. We are thankful for this time together.
