Men's Rugby Club at Western Carolina University

Men's Rugby Club at Western Carolina University Established in 1990, WCU Rugby is the schools oldest running club sport with the largest number of alumni of any other WCU club.

The team won the Division III National Championship in 2002 beating Stonehill College (15-7). WCU Rugby is a Division II Collegiate Men's Rugby Team in the North Carolina Rugby Union. The team is a member of the Southern Rugby Conference and compete against such teams as App State, Furman, Elon, and Lander University.
