🧼 PLEASE wash your uniforms AND sparring gear! Your fellow competitors, judges, and spectators will thank you. 😂🥋

A couple of extras to add to your bag:
🏊 Swimsuit — Don’t forget it if you’re planning to enjoy the indoor pool!
✨ A nice outfit — If you’re attending the Saturday Night Finale Show, bring something fun to change into and get ready for a great night of championship action!
