ATTENDANCE & SCHOOL START TIMES

ATTENDANCE: Please continue to enter student absences in ParentVUE. For further details, please visit our website.

SCHOOL START TIME: Every minute of instructional time with students is valuable, and the school day begins when students enter the school doors. Students are expected to be at school in time for admittance into the building by 8:50 a.m. for elementary students and 7:40 a.m. for middle school students. Students arriving after these times will be considered tardy.

TONIGHT is New Family Night at 6 PM!

If you're new to West? Come meet our principals and WPO! You'll get to learn all about our amazing school, and get your questions answered. Don't forget to bring any medical records you have for Mrs. Keegan, our school nurse. Please meet in our West cafeteria at 6 pm.

D47 and D155 Resource Fair!!
The Back to School Resource Fair will take place on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Evangelical Free Church of Crystal Lake, 575 E. Crystal Lake Ave., Crystal Lake. Churches and community organizations throughout Crystal Lake will gather to provide school supplies, haircuts, dental exams, school physicals, mental health resources, and more to District 47 and District 155 students and families.
