Hancock County 4-H Shooting Sports Our programs are valuable for helping young people develop self-confidence, personal discipline, responsibility, teamwork and helps build self-esteem.

Shooting sports curriculum is designed to assist young people in personal development, establish a personal environmental ethic and explore life-long vocational and avocational activities. The program uses experiential learning and positive interactions with youth and adult role models to help young people develop self-concept, self-assurance and a positive self-image. Shooting sports disciplines

include: Archery, Muzzleloading, Rifle, Shotgun, and Wildlife Skills. For more information on how to join, please contact the Hancock County Extension office.

The shooting sports club meeting for this Saturday July 16 is being moved to SUNDAY JULY 24TH FROM 1-2:30pm. The meeting will still be at Dan's. Reminder you dont have to stay the whole time but please come dressed accordingly with closed toe shoes, we will provide everything else you need.
