Bob Guiden is SFT’s May Member of the Month‼️

You’d be hard pressed to find a Monday, Wednesday or Thursday 7:00 session without Bob in it. Bob comes in, works incredibly hard, and always cracks a couple of jokes along the way😂

When he first started, Bob was brand new to strength training - now he’s accomplishing things he previously never thought possible.💪🏼😤 He’s dedicated to the process and continues to impress here at SFT.

Proud of you, Bob - no one more deserving than you!!

Abby (CPHS🏃🏼‍♀️) and Maddie (CPHS 🏌🏼‍♀️⛳️) are two STRONG sisters🙌🏼🚀

These two come consistently twice a week and give every workout their best😤

They’re continuing to get stronger every week and it’s evident as I watch them work. Not only are they going up in weights, but also their form is improving, and their mentality grows stronger with each session.

Keep up the great work you two‼️

Nikola Obradovic (Munster HS⚽️) is a certified DUDE🙂‍↕️

In just two weeks of training, Nikola has already shown his commitment to getting bigger, faster & stronger. The dude shows up to grind - he’s not looking for any shortcuts or the easy way out.

There’s no doubt in my mind he’s going to have a seriously strong summer and will be ready to tear up the soccer pitch next fall😤

A Trainer's Guide to Achieving Your First Chin-up

Strength For Today Training Chin-ups: in my opinion (and in the opinion of many other trainers/strength coaches) , the king of the upper body exercises. Amazing return on investment, many different muscle groups being used, great for posture….the list of chin-up benefits go on-and-on. Only one problem: they’re really hard,...

Kim Webb is one STRONG woman🙌🏼

After retiring as a teacher couple years ago, Kim decided to start putting a large focus on what really matters to her: her health & well-being. She has been at SFT over a year now, and the progress she’s made it truly remarkable. She’s always ready for a challenge and attacks it head-on.

No matter what new surprises life throws at her, Kim never stop pushing forward. She’s truly the model of what consistency and a positive attitude can do.

Proud of you, Kim!!💪🏼😁

Proud of this guy.

Jake Metzger (CPHS➡️PNW 🏃🏼) is the hardest worker in the room. His unrelenting perseverance has opened the door to continue his running career at the D2 level!!

Jake puts his head down and works - he trains smart, listens to his body well, and is always on the hunt to get a leg up on his competition. I can’t wait to see his continued success at the next level‼️🫡

Gavin Daggett (Wheeler⚾️) is getting noticeably growing bigger, stronger & faster by the week🫡

Gavin is a worker - no frills, no fuss, just work. This kid puts his head down and does everything to the best of his ability.

Gavin has grown immensely since starting at SFT almost 8 months ago. He’s added weights to his major lifts, he’s faster, he moves better and MOST importantly his confidence has skyrocketed📈🚀

Great work Gavin🥳💪🏼

Leo Rudolph (Crown Point Christian School⚾️🏀) is the FIRST EVER Strength For Today athlete of the month‼️🥳

Leo’s dedication to improvement is STRONG, especially for how young he is. In spite of both a travel baseball season and school volleyball season, Leo’s consistency and effort are unmatched😤💪🏼

Every athlete that’s ever been in a session with Leo knows him - he’s outgoing, personable and will make conversation with anyone. The combination of his ability to train HARD while also making it FUN made Leo an obvious choice for the inaugural SFT athlete of the month.

Proud of you Leo🙌🏼🫡

146 sessions and counting🤯

Introducing the (First ever!!!) April SFT Member of the Month!!

Rachel Davids won’t let anything get in her way. Kids, a full time job, constantly changing schedules - NOTHING get in her way💪🏼. Rachel never shies away from a challenge and is getting stronger by the month😤

In addition to her consistent dedication to being her strongest self, Rachel is a joy to train around. She’s always got a smile on her face and is always cheering on those she’s working alongside.

Keep up the great work, Rach😁🙌🏼
