Kahlil McKenna (Boone Grove⚾️) started at SFT just a few weeks ago and this kid absolutely ATTACKS his training🧱

Kahlil came in as a very solid athlete, and yet he still maintains his dedication to the grind. He realized there are always new heights to reach and is willing to do the work necessary to elevate his abilities to the next level🤝

Kahlil is a joy to train - he brings an upbeat, positive attitude that is contagious to those around him. Keep up the great work Kahlil, we’re pumped to see what you’re able to accomplish this year and onwards😎🙌🏼

Kevin Botma has been the perfect example of consistency and dedication since joining SFT💪🏻

Kevin has been a staple on Friday’s at 7 am ever since SFT opened the doors. On the rare occasion he wasn’t here on a Friday, you can count on him showing up that next Monday to remain consistent and stay on track‼️

Kevin always shows up ready to put in the work and get stronger each week. His consistency and discipline have helped him build a stronger and healthier future for himself and we can’t wait to see it pay off👊🏻

Our youth program here at SFT is full of some studs‼️

These young ballers have been mastering the fundamentals of sprinting, jumping, and lifting and the work is paying off for each and every one of them. They are consistently sprinting faster, jumping higher, and moving more weight as the weeks go on and it has been awesome to see all of their hard work pay off😤

It is tough to find a group of kids who are this dedicated to reaching their athletic potential, but here at SFT each kid in our youth program is fully bought in on becoming the best version of themselves they can be💪🏻

We can’t wait to see where all of their hard work and dedication takes them in their futures👊🏻

Sandy is the definition of a worker💪🏼. She’s the type of client who never needs extra motivation, who always is going to give it her all and who is always up for a challenge😎

Carter Wieser (Taft, All-American Bulldogs⚾️) made the transition into the high school group a couple months back and has been attacking his training ever since😤💪🏼

Carter is a Strength For Today OG!! He started out in our youth program all the way back in early 2025. Since then, Carter has seen a steady progression & is really hitting his stride as he enters 8th grade🙌🏼

Since making the bump up to train with kids who older than him, Carter has shown a maturity and dedication that is rare for someone his age😤. He’s an incredibly hard worker and gets the most out of every session he attends📈

Keep up the great work Carter, we’re excited to see where this hard work takes you‼️

This one has been a long time coming🙌🏼

Brittany Hausmann is SFT’s August member of the month‼️

Brittany has been a STAR at Strength For Today for just over a year now and just yesterday completed her 200TH session!! That’s 200 hours of committed training to create a stronger, healthier future for herself🤯👏🏼

Not only is Brittany an incredibly hard worker, but she is a positive light in the small community that is being built at Strength For Today. She’s always quick to encourage those around her and is constantly putting a smile on everyone’s faces. 😁

Proud of you Brittany, and we love having you as a member‼️🙌🏼

Emmitt Wondaal (Illiana Christian 🏀⚾️) is SFT’s August athlete of the month‼️

Anyone who has paid attention to our stories or l spent any time in our athlete sessions this month will not be surprised by this one. Emmitt has seriously dedicated himself to the grind not his this month but all summer long.🙂‍↕️📈

This guy is committed to the process and the results and stacking up by the week. It’s evident when we watch him during the sessions: not only is he putting on muscle, moving more weight and displaying more power, but the attitude shift is also clear as day.

Emmitt always has a smile on his face or is cracking a joke, but never at the expense of hard work. He’s a grinder and we can’t wait to see his hard work pay off on the hardwood this winter🫡🙌🏼

Teri Danner is one of the hardest workers you’ll find in Northwest Indiana😤💪🏼

Teri has been a member as SFT for well over a year now and the progress she’s seen is truly insane. She’s the model of consistency and that consistency has lead to some SERIOUS gains👏🏼

Teri works a full time job AND is a full time mom to two boys, but she won’t let that get in the way of her health & longevity. You can find her at SFT twice a week grinding at 6:00am to take care of herself.

We can’t wait to see her continued progress!🙌🏼

Lyla Finn (St Mary’s 🥎🏀🏐) has been on a MISSION the past couple months😤

Lyla joined SFT mid-July and has made some serious strides since she started. Lyla is a serious worker and the results are showing👏🏼. She’s moving more weight with better form and is starting to learn some more complex training techniques.

Lyla is a determined young athlete. No challenge we throw her way seems to phase Lyla, which is a big reason why she’s seen such BIG progress in such little time💪🏼
