Something I’ve been thinking about today…

At 51, I realize I’m not nearly as interested in proving myself as I used to be.

I’m more interested in **living well.**

Having peace in my home.
Doing work that means something to me.
Loving my people well.
Building things that will outlive me.
Laughing more.
Worrying less.
And being present enough to actually enjoy the life I worked so hard to create.

There will always be another goal. Another thing to fix. Another level to reach.

But I don’t want to spend so much time building the next chapter that I forget to **live in the one I prayed for.**

That may be one of the biggest lessons I’m carrying into 51. 💕
