What a way to close out the 2026 North Divisional Championships! The Bulldogs capped an incredible weekend with four individual event championships, multiple podium finishes, and another wave of outstanding swims Sunday afternoon.

🥇🥇 Daniel Press finished his meet in dominant fashion, claiming Divisional titles in both the 14 & Under 200 IM and 14 & Under 100 Breaststroke. He also added an 8th-place finish in the 100 Freestyle.

🥇🥉 Sofia Calzonzi continued her outstanding championship meet by winning the 14 & Under 100 Backstroke, earning 3rd in the 100 Breaststroke, and placing 4th in the 100 Freestyle.

🥇 Vanessa Murray captured the 14 & Under 1650 Freestyle championship, dropping nearly a minute and 40 seconds from her previous best, before adding an 8th-place finish in the 12 & Under 100 Breaststroke.

🥉🥉 Matt Stojak collected three podium finishes, taking 3rd in both the 14 & Under 100 Backstroke and 14 & Under 200 Butterfly, while also finishing 7th in the 100 Freestyle.

🏅 Luke Howard added a strong 4th-place finish in the 14 & Under 200 Butterfly.

🏅 Rhett Henshilwood earned two top-8 finishes, placing 4th in the 12 & Under 100 Breaststroke and 6th in the 50 Butterfly.

🏅 Lilliana Marchant rounded out the Bulldogs’ podium visits with a 6th-place finish in the 12 & Under 100 Freestyle.

Congratulations to all of our swimmers, coaches, and families on an outstanding North Divisional Championships! The hard work throughout the season showed all weekend long, and we’re incredibly proud of everything this team accomplished.

10 & Under Session Recap 🐾💙💛

The Bulldogs continued their strong Divisional Championships with another relay medal and several individual podium finishes from our youngest swimmers!

🥉 Brooklynn Blake had an outstanding session, earning 3rd place in the Girls 10 & Under 100 Backstroke and adding another 5th-place finish in the 50 Butterfly. She also helped lead the Bulldogs to a relay medal as the breaststroke leg of the Girls 10 & Under Medley Relay.

🏅 Nick Thompson earned a 7th-place finish in the Boys 10 & Under 100 Backstroke, adding another Top 8 performance for CPSC.

🏅 Parker Fercik turned in a strong session with 5th place in the Girls 10 & Under 50 Freestyle and 8th place in the 100 Breaststroke. She also swam the butterfly leg on the Girls 10 & Under Medley Relay.

🥉 The Girls 10 & Under 200 Medley Relay of Maddy Bovee, Brooklynn Blake, Parker Fercik, and Liv Barrett finished 3rd overall, adding another relay medal to the Bulldogs’ growing collection this weekend.

🏊‍♀️ Championship Sunday is underway!

The Bulldogs opened the final day of North Divisionals with three strong medley relay performances.

🏅 The Girls 11-12 Medley Relay got things started with a 5th-place finish. Charlotte Fromme (Back), Lilliana Marchant (Breast), Kenzie Deering (Fly), and Vanessa Murray (Free) teamed up for a strong swim.

🥉 The Boys 11-12 Medley Relay followed with a podium performance, placing 3rd. Hudson Frey (Back), Rhett Henshilwood (Breast), Frankie Vitucci (Fly), and Zach Leach (Free) combined for a great race to bring home bronze.

🥇 The Boys 13-14 Medley Relay capped off the relay events in championship fashion, winning the North Divisional title in 1:58.49. Daniel Press (Back), Luke Howard (Breast), Tyler Frendling (Fly), and Matt Stojak (Free) claimed gold and started Championship Sunday with a bang.

🐾💙💛 The Bulldogs are keeping the momentum rolling into the 10U session this afternoon.

The Bulldogs wrapped up Saturday with another outstanding session, earning four North Divisional event championships, a runner-up finish, and a host of additional Top 8 performances to keep the momentum rolling into Championship Sunday.

🥇 Daniel Press claimed the Boys 13–14 1650 Freestyle title with a nearly 10-second lifetime best before returning later in the session to add a 4th-place finish in the 50 Freestyle.

🥇 Vanessa Murray raced to the Girls 11–12 50 Backstroke championship and also added 5th in the 100 Butterfly and 7th in the 50 Breaststroke.

🥇 Matt Stojak captured the Boys 13–14 100 Butterfly title, then came back later in the evening to finish 2nd in the 200 Backstroke.

🥇 Sofia Calzonzi put together one of the night’s strongest performances, winning the Girls 13–14 200 Backstroke while also placing 4th in the 200 Freestyle and 7th in the 200 Breaststroke.

🥈 Rhett Henshilwood earned a runner-up finish in the Boys 11–12 50 Breaststroke.

Additional Top 8 performances included:

🏊‍♀️ The Bulldogs were back in action Saturday afternoon at the North Divisional Championships, continuing a strong weekend in Elkhart! 🏊‍♂️

Crown Point’s 10 & Under swimmers continued their strong championship weekend, highlighted by seven individual Top 8 finishes and a Top 4 relay finish.

🏅 Brooklynn Blake put together an outstanding all-around afternoon, earning 5th in the 100 Butterfly, 6th in the 100 Freestyle, and 5th in the 50 Breaststroke to finish the session with three individual Top 8 finishes.

Maddy Bovee placed 6th for the girls, while Nick Thompson followed with a 4th-place finish in the boys event.

The team of Piper Houlding, Maddy Bovee, Liv Barrett, and Brooklynn Blake closed out the afternoon with a 4th-place finish.

🏊 The Saturday prelims wrapped with a few 200 free relay finals, and the Bulldogs are off to a fantastic start!

Our relay teams opened the finals session with three podium finishes, highlighted by a North Divisional championship in the 13-14 Boys 200 Free Relay!

🥈 Girls 11-12 200 Free Relay – 2nd Place (1:59.23)
Kenzie Deering, Emilee McCarthy, Lilliana Marchant, and Vanessa Murray teamed up to earn a runner-up finish.

4️⃣ Boys 11-12 200 Free Relay – 4th Place (2:07.61)
Alex Leach, Hudson Frey, Zach Leach, and Rhett Henshilwood combined for a solid swim, dropping time from their seed and earning a fourth-place finish.

🥇 Boys 13-14 200 Free Relay – 1st Place (1:42.85)
Martin Mitchell, Tyler Frendling, Daniel Press, and Matt Stojak closed out the relay events dropping 3.79 seconds to capture the North Divisional title.

The Crown Point Swim Club kicked off championship weekend in Elkhart with an outstanding Friday evening, highlighted by one North Divisional Champion, three additional Top 3 finishes, and 11 podium finishes!

🏅 Girls 10 & Under 200 Individual Medley
Liv Barrett opened the meet with an 8th-place finish.

🥇 Girls 11-12 200 Individual Medley
Vanessa Murray captured the North Divisional Championship, dropping an impressive 12.93 seconds from her seed time. LJ Marchant followed with a 7th-place finish.

🏅 Boys 11-12 200 Individual Medley
Rhett Henshilwood earned a 7th-place finish.

🏅 Girls 10 & Under 200 Freestyle
Brooklynn Blake led the way with a 2nd-place finish, while Maddy Bovee claimed 3rd, dropping an incredible 17.95 seconds from her seed time. Liv Barrett added her second Top 8 finish of the evening with 7th place.

🏅 Boys 11-12 500 Freestyle
Rhett Henshilwood collected his second Top 8 finish of the night, placing 5th.

🏅 Boys 13-14 500 Freestyle
Matt Stojak raced to a 3rd-place finish, dropping an outstanding 16.35 seconds from his seed time. Daniel Press also finished 5th.
