It’s the players taking the field, cheerleaders on the sidelines, dancers and color guard, band filling the stadium with sound, students cheering from the stands, families and fans who pack the bleachers, and all the people behind the scenes who make Friday nights at CPHS possible.

Different teams. Different talents. Different roles. One school.

The Royal Regiment will host 8th grade night at the football game tonight - Friday, Sept. 11.

Don't miss the Pregame Concert by the Bulldog at 6:20 in front of the high school.

On Saturday, the Royal Regiment will travel to the Kankakee Valley Invitational. The CPHS Band performs at 7 p.m.

Now on View at Indiana University Northwest!

The Biennial Educators Residency Exhibition is now on display at the Indiana University Northwest School of the Arts Gallery, featuring educators who participated in the Summer 2026 Residency.

We’re proud to see CPHS art teacher Rebecca Springer featured in the exhibition. Her work honors the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution and her ancestors who served during the Revolutionary War. Inspired by 18th-century copper etching and printmaking, her collection explores native floral, vegetation and herbal species connected to the region’s Revolutionary-era history.

On view through October 8, 2026, in the School of the Arts Gallery on the 2nd Floor of the Arts & Science Building at Indiana University Northwest.

Bulldog Mentors are ready to make a difference!

Our Bulldog Mentors recently completed their mandatory Fall Training, preparing them for another great year of building connections and supporting our freshmen and sophomore resource classes.

During training, mentors learned a variety of activities and strategies they’ll use throughout the year to help students connect, participate, and feel more comfortable at CPHS.

With more than 200 Bulldog Mentors involved, this incredible program helps make a large school feel a little smaller. These outstanding students serve as positive role models, demonstrate strong leadership, and bring energy and creativity to every activity they lead.

We are incredibly proud of this amazing group of Bulldogs, committed to making CPHS a more connected and welcoming place for everyone!
