We’re excited to introduce the newest member of our team — Jenn!

Jenn joined as our Referral Partner Manager in November and is a key role in helping Northwest Indiana Nannies continue to grow and serve more amazing families across NWI.

A proud mom of four, Jenn brings over 20 years of hands-on parenting experience, along with a deep understanding of what families truly need during those early, often overwhelming years. From newborn stages to teenage milestones, she’s lived it all — and brings patience, warmth, and real-life perspective to everything she does.

After transitioning into nannying, Jenn found her passion in supporting families and guiding parents through the beautiful (and sometimes chaotic) early seasons of raising children. She has a natural ability to step in, create calm, and build meaningful connections with both kids and parents.

Now, as our Referral Partner Manager, Jenn will be focused on building relationships in the community and helping us expand our reach so we can support even more families throughout Northwest Indiana.
