I have been on a weight loss/fitness journey for quite some time now. Over the last 15 months, I’ve lost 80 pounds with my health plan and have been consistently moving my body.

I took my 3 14-year-olds to the waterpark yesterday, and I was no longer a mom who only watched her kids from below. I was no longer a mom who sat on her beach chair waiting for the kids to be done. I was right there with them! We went on slide after slide, they were arguing over who got to go down in the floatie with me, and we all had so much fun!!! I went up every set of stairs, maneuvered into every floatie, and I felt young!!! Me and my boys made some summer memories together, and that is EVERYTHING!!!

What is your “why”? Why do you want to lose weight? If I can do it, you can do it!
Life is good!!
