1st graders in STEM have been using a campfire to learn about reversible vs. irreversible matters, along with campfire safety. They coded their own simulated campfire to roast marshmallows on!

Second graders had a special visit from children's book author Debra Magdos, who is also the grandma of one of our students! She shared her book "The Not Very Scary Monsters: Please Try!" and described the experience of being an author with a published book. The students loved hearing from her!

5th graders had a great time at Camp Tecumseh! They worked on foundations where they were challenged to work on their leadership, trust, communications, problem-solving, and self-confidence through challenging, team-oriented exercises.

Students stand together in a sunny paved area surrounded by trees. A young boy navigates a low ropes course accompanied by two adults in helmets.
