Hello CMA! Parents and families are invited to join us for our Parent Development Nights throughout the 2026-2027 school year! These special evenings are designed to help families gain a deeper understanding of the Montessori experience and how we work together to support each child's growth and independence. We kindly ask that parents attend at least 3 of the 4 Parent Development Night sessions. Our guides are the presenters of different topics based on their age levels.

Estas veladas especiales están diseñadas para ayudar a las familias a comprender mejor la experiencia Montessori y cómo colaboramos para apoyar el crecimiento y la independencia de cada niño. Les pedimos amablemente que asistan a al menos 3 de las 4 sesiones programadas. Nuestros guías serán los encargados de presentar los diversos temas, adaptados a los diferentes grupos de edad.

Hi CMA Families! We are so excited to welcome our students and families for the first day of school, tomorrow, August 11th! We will open our doors at 7:10am and breakfast will end at 7:30am.

-We welcome families to walk your student to class on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please drop them off in their correct locations starting on Thursday!
-We start our normalization period on day 1 until the end of the first six weeks. We kindly ask for no visitors during this time so our students can begin to foster independence and self directed behavior.
-To attend our before and after school program, you must be signed up through Boys and Girls Club. If you have not signed up through them, your child must be picked up at 3:20pm.
-If you did not receive a orange or blue car tag for dismissal, please get it from your child's teacher in the morning or stop by the front office. You must have a car tag to pick up your student. If you do not have a car tag, we will need you to go to the front office at pick up.
Please be patient with us the first couple weeks at arrival and dismissal! Once everyone gets into a routine, we promise it will be quick and easy!
We can't wait to see our returning and new families tomorrow!

¡Hola, familias de CMA! ¡Estamos muy emocionados de dar la bienvenida a nuestros estudiantes y familias para el primer día de clases, mañana 11 de agosto! Abriremos nuestras puertas a las 7:10 a. m. y el desayuno terminará a las 7:30 a. m.

-Invitamos a las familias a acompañar a sus hijos hasta el salón de clases el martes y el miércoles. ¡Por favor, déjenlos en los lugares correspondientes a partir del jueves!
-Comenzamos nuestro periodo de adaptación desde el primer día y hasta el final de las primeras seis semanas. Les pedimos amablemente que no haya visitas durante este tiempo para que nuestros estudiantes puedan comenzar a fomentar su independencia y autonomía.
-Para participar en nuestro programa de antes y después de clases, deben inscribirse a través del Boys and Girls Club. Si no se han inscrito con ellos, deberán recoger a su hijo a las 3:20 p. m.
-Si no recibieron una tarjeta de identificación para el automóvil (de color naranja o azul) para la salida, por favor solicítenla al maestro de su hijo por la mañana o pasen por la oficina principal. Es necesario tener esta tarjeta para recoger al estudiante. Si no cuentan con ella, tendrán que dirigirse a la oficina principal a la hora de la salida.

¡Les pedimos paciencia durante las primeras semanas, tanto a la llegada como a la salida! Una vez que todos se acostumbren a la rutina, ¡les prometemos que el proceso será rápido y sencillo!

Hello New to CMA Families!! 🦋 We hope you are having a wonderful summer break! ☀️

Please join us on August 4, 2026 for a New to CMA Informational Meeting! We will be going over important information, expectations, and procedures for the upcoming school year! You will also meet our administration team and be able to ask questions regarding the upcoming school year!

There will be two sessions in the CMA Cafeteria. Session 1 is from 2:00-3:00pm and Session 2 is from 5:00-6:00pm. You only need to attend one session.

This event is for our New CMA Families! If you have a returning student, you do not need to attend.

If you have any questions, please call our front office!

📚 CMA Yearbooks Are Now On Sale! 🦋

The 2025-2026 Crowley Montessori Academy yearbook will include memories and activities all the way through the end of the school year and will be available for pickup around mid-August. Information about yearbook pickup dates will be shared later on the CMA page.

Yearbooks are $17 each.

Order forms and money may be turned in to your child’s teacher or the front office.

Please make sure to send EXACT CASH ONLY when submitting payment. We are requesting exact change to help make the ordering process run smoothly for everyone.

📅 Orders are due by May 21, 2026.

Teacher Appreciation Week at Crowley Montessori Academy was truly something special. 💙🧡

Our PTO went above and beyond to make sure our guides and staff felt celebrated, appreciated, and loved all week long. From Rise & Shine Monday with donuts, kolaches, fruit, yogurt parfaits, coffee, and tea, to Taco Tuesday with tacos, chips, salsa, and agua fresca, every day was thoughtfully planned with care and intention.

Snack Break Wednesday brought popcorn, cookies, and a DIY dirty soda bar, while BBQ Thursday included a baked potato bar, BBQ chicken, and pulled pork. The week wrapped up with Market Friday featuring a swag shop, produce shop, and daily raffle drawings throughout the week.

What makes the Crowley Montessori Academy PTO so special is that they truly embody service and community through Montessori principles. They consistently show up for our students, guides, and campus with humility, generosity, and heart. These ladies work tirelessly behind the scenes and are present day in and day out supporting our school community.

The themed days, attention to detail, and overall celebration were some of the best many of us have ever seen in education, and our teachers absolutely felt the love this past week.

Our Spring Service Project at Crowley Montessori Academy was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together with purpose and compassion. 💙🧡

Thanks to the generosity of our students, families, and staff, we were able to collect donations that will directly support families in our community and surrounding areas.

One of the things we value deeply in Montessori education is helping children understand that they can make a real difference in the world around them. Service, empathy, and community are not just lessons we teach, they are experiences we create together.

Thank you to everyone who donated and supported this effort. Your kindness will have an impact far beyond our campus.

On April 25th, students from elementary campuses across the district came together to participate in Elementary UIL Academic events. More than 700 students competed in events offered in both English and Spanish, showcasing not only their knowledge, but also their confidence, preparation, and love of learning.

At Crowley Montessori Academy, we believe children rise when they are given opportunities to think deeply, problem solve, collaborate, and challenge themselves in meaningful ways. Events like these remind us that learning goes far beyond the classroom walls.

Thank you to all of the UIL coaches who invested their time, energy, and heart into preparing students for this experience. Also, a special thank you to Ms. Garcia for organizing the event at the campus level and helping create an opportunity for our students to shine!

We are proud of every student who participated and represented Crowley Monteasori Academy with excellence!

Today we celebrate two leaders who pour into our campus every single day.

Mr. Robert Gillies and Mr. Gery Moreno lead with purpose, but more importantly, they lead with people in mind. Their work is grounded in relationships, high expectations, and a deep belief in what our students and staff can accomplish.

Between them, they bring over 35 years of experience, but what stands out most is how they show up daily… present, supportive, and focused on doing what’s right for kids.

We are grateful for their leadership and the example they set for our community.
