If you could spend time with the most successful Christian, what would you find? Would it be a higher I.Q., more natural talent, more 'drive', or a better childhood imprinting? You would discover that none of these are that person's 'edge' or inside track to success.

You would only find someone who continually CHOOSES to accept God's direction, equipping and empowering.

Our failure to have abundant life is the result of our bad choices - AND NOTHING ELSE.

Lamentations 3:22 "Because of the Lord's mercies we don't have to self desctruct. His compassions fail not. 23 They are new every morning."

So, wouldn't this be a great time to forget ALL of your yesterdays and start giving Him your tomorrows?

If you are a Child of God, isn't it about time to stop calling God a liar when He says you are accepted in the beloved and thouroughly equipped for all good works (a life of incredible success)! Ephesians 3:19-20

How should parents respond when their children ask, "Don't you trust me?" This statement often accompanies situations involving unchaperoned time - especially with the opposite s*x.
God's Word has addressed this issue for centuries. The fact is, we all have, 'deceitful hearts that are desperately wicked'. Therefore, we must identify areas where we're likely to fall prey to Satan's devices, especially in potentially romantic areas.
Our answer should be, "I shouldn't trust you to participate in those areas any more than I would trust myself. I love you to much to be your enemy and assist Satan in your spiritual destruction." Only when we are honest about our weaknesses will we rely on God to make us strong. It's no accident that Joseph fled from Potipher's wife. And folks, that was written for our learning!

The following is an excerpt from a video I hope to share in the near future. "Want to really stunt your spiritual growth? Simply restrict other Christians from fulfilling their God-given roles in your life. You can’t imagine how spiritually self-destructive that is!"

We need to constantly examine our 'faith level', and ask ourselves,
"Which passage best describes me?"

Proverbs 18:1-2 1 A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire (sensual or self-righteous); he rages against all wise judgment. 2 A fool has no delight in understanding but in expressing his own heart.

Ephesians 4:15-16. 15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head, Christ 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies... causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.

Overall, we're either part of God's solution for mankind or Satan's interference with God's will. God's never super excited when our spiritual condition is, "neither hot nor cold".

Humility (before the Lord) is the most effective way to encourage ourselves and others.
Humility is our spiritual ‘Miracle Gro’.
Humility cures depression and bitterness.
Humility is the remedy for loneliness.
Humility switches our spiritual warfare status from ‘defensive’ to ‘offensive’ (without being carnally offensive).
Humility opens our eyes to spiritual reality – Proverbs 23:26.
Humility is the basis for abundant life and every effective personal ministry.
DON’T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT (Actually - don’t get out of bed without it)!
