Physicals are Tuesday the 16th from 11:00am-4:00pm at DCHS in Mrs. Driggers Lab. Physical forms are in the front office. The form has been updated this year, so if you want to print from home, make sure you use the updated version with 2023 date. The form must be signed BY A GUARDIAN and completed. If there is no guardian signature, you will not be able to get your physical.

EKGs will be offered on Wednesday the 17th from 11:45am-4:00pm at DCHS in the Athletic Training Clinic in the gym. The link to sign up is below:
