CWJC of Crosby County is changing to fit the needs of the women in our county. We are embarking on a One on One ministry instead of a One on One/Classroom ministry as in the past. The staff, together with the participant, will design a program that will fit the specific needs of the participant to reach their life and job skill goals. A mentor will spend at least one hour a week with the participant for 12 months, walking along side them in Bible Study and encouraging them to achieve their goals. One of the biggest advantages of this program is being able to welcome participants any time during the year. We hope you will drop by or call (806-778-8108) to set up an appointment, and find out more about being a part of this program.

What a wonderful day we had this past Sunday at the Christian Women's Job Corps graduation. Graduates Monica Faber and Debbie Guerrero are shown in our cover photo celebrating with their mentors Tretha Caddell and Josie Williams at the reception that followed. Sharion Stephens, from My Father's House Lubbock, delivered the address, as representatives and families from across the county and area gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of these ladies. CONGRATULATIONS, MONICA AND DEBBIE!!
