Missouri Virtual Academy

We're wrapping up National School Counseling Week with another message from a Stride K12-powered Counselor from Missouri Virtual Academy who talks about their love for helping students and families. As the American School Counselor Association notes, School Counselors are 'an integral part of the total education system, who help students form healthy goals, mindsets, and behaviors.’

Tell us about a Counselor who has made a difference in your child's education. Learn more about what makes us stand out: http://ow.ly/TjK850HH1vz
We’re pleased to have you joining us today as we visit with the Head of School for Missouri Virtual Academy, Steve Richards. Have questions? Let us know in the chat box. For additional information about our school visit us at https://mova.k12.com/
"It takes a different skill set to teach online, they have a live platform so my son still has social interactions with his teachers and other students."

MO parent Keith Berry on The Big 550 KTRS this morning talking about his son's success virtual learning experience with Missouri Virtual Academy.

My oldest daughter is in 6th grade and would like to chat and play games with other 6th graders in her class if any parent is cool with that you can private message me. I also have a 5th&3ed grade daughters
So first day of back to school for my 9th grader virtually at our public school, I want to say THANK YOU to MOVA for the great job last year. He retained everything he was taught. Mr. Farnsworth, Mrs. Davis, Mrs. Luster, Mrs. Houston! I can not say thank you enough!
Hello, Missourians! Not sure what your school plans are this fall? Our Destinations Career Academy at Missouri Virtual Academy is still open for enrollment!

Students can explore careers in high-demand fields while taking a traditional, fully-accredited online curriculum. ➡️http://ow.ly/rqWq50AREQ4
In a time of such uncertainty, I just want to say thank you. After the governor's announcement today of all schools remaining closed to the end of the school year, I'm even more grateful to MOVA and all you do for your students. While I know many districts are still having classes online, I do not believe they are getting the full curriculum like they normally would since they were kind of just thrown into the online environment. Education is very important and I'm so happy knowing that my daughter is getting the best possible education. I've said this before, but it is even more true now.... Enrolling her in MOVA is the best decision we ever could have made for her. ❤❤❤
Has anyone had any luck logging into the app? I can't get past the login page.
Wanted to know if anyone lived in my area with kidos in either of my grades I have a 2nd grader, 4th grader and a 5th grader. We are looking for some families to do a meet up at a park maybe we live in florissant.
I hope you don’t mind but I would like to share the pen pal site. If whomever is in charge of this page would like to be a moderator please let me know and I will add you. This way we can actually pen pal. I would like to invite K12 virtual school and FLVS so we can meet people from all over. HOW EXCITING!!!
